Plantation Hall at Haile, nestled in the heart of Haile Plantation's Village Center, is an ideal setting for your wedding, reception, party, conference, or other event. Built to accommodate a variety of events, the indoor and outdoor spaces included with the facility are unparalleled both in their aesthetic appeal and their functionality.

The green area outside offers a unique and romantic setting for a wedding ceremony, complete with fountain.*

The warm and elegant interior of Plantation Hall is highlighted with crown molding and exquisite oriental rugs, while natural light illuminates the facility during the day and soft overhead lights provide a glow in the evening. With its tasteful décor and intimate setting Plantation Hall is the perfect backdrop for your event, whether business or pleasure.

There is a built-in CD-sound system, as well as a wireless microphone and projection video system to enhance your event, presentation or meeting.* For parties with musical entertainment a stage is available, and there is a generous section of wood flooring for dancing. If your event calls for food, at Plantation Hall you have the flexibility to choose from the services of several of our experienced and recommended providers -- plus the convenience of the Hall's own serving kitchen, designed for storing and warming food.

Plantation Hall's furnishings include a variety of tables -- 60-inch round, 8x3-foot, and 3x3-foot -- with matching chairs. Set-up of the appropriate number of tables and chairs is included in the cost of Plantation Hall's rental. Sound and projection systems are also available at a minimal cost with an additional deposit. Please note that all furnishings and equipment must remain indoors, however.

A`vie's $200.00 non-refundable service fee is included in the facility rental, and their services far outweigh the cost.
A`vie's service package includes:
Facility manager.
Completion of contracts for Plantation Hall at Haile.
Completion and submittal of applications for outside areas.
Assistance with deliveries, drop-offs, etc.
Directing vendors upon arrival.
Assistance with final floor plans.
Assistance with additional chair and table needs, if required.
Restocking and cleaning of restrooms, as needed.
Remaining on site for vendor pick-ups.
Overseeing of proper clean-up at the end of the event.
And, upgraded packages are, also, available from A`vie as coordinator for the day or planner for the event.
