At Haile Jewelry & Loans we also offer full service and repair of fine watches such as: Rolex, Cartier, and Tag Heuer.
A fine watch is a machine, much like your automobile, and needs to be serviced on a regular basis. If a watch is not given the proper care, gaskets and seals dry out over time allowing moisture and other debris to enter the watch. Normal maintenance will significantly prolong the life of a watch, and if done properly, the watch will last indefinitely. Most fine watches should be serviced about every 3-5 years depending on where and how often the watch is worn.
Watch service on most brands and models include: cleaning and oiling of the movement, new gaskets, refinishing of the case and band and water testing.
A full service will include a 2-year warranty (on all moving parts) on Rolex watches and a 15-month warranty on other watches.
We also welcome jobs as simple as changing a watch battery.
