Gelato di Prata serves 24 flavors of Gelato, 24 flavors of ice cream, sorbet, sherbet, and Italian ice. A few flavors have no sugar added. Flavors change weekly. We serve Panini and Wraps, which you can have cold or hot pressed, and salads. Choose from our menu or design your own sandwich.

Gelato is the Italian word for frozen and by extension is synonymous with their famous frozen dessert. Gelato is like American ice cream but it is different in three important ways. First, it is made with more milk than cream. This gives it less butter-fat than ice cream. Second, the blending and freezing process is different and gives gelato a creamier texture than American ice cream. But the biggest difference is the flavor! It is much more intense than the ice cream you buy in the grocery store. When you have a taste of our Triple Chocolate, you will know for sure that is Chocolate. The Strawberry tastes like real strawberries, not some artificial flavor. The Mint Chocolate Chip has more mint flavor than any American mint chip we’ve tasted. Gelato di Prata serves 24 flavors of gelato, which vary each week.
